These variations of our standard buildings serve many purposes.

12x24 Cabin Cabins include 3' house door w/ window, 5' door, 4x8 porch, 3 windows w/ shutters and flowerboxes, and ridge vent. 14x28 Vinyl Garage Garages include a 9x7 overhead door, a 3' door, treated floor joists 12" on center, and a double layer plywood floor (bottom layer treated.) These heavy-duty buildings provide an alternative to constructing a garage. Check out the sizes available and the prices by clicking HERE.

Sub-Structure: Pressure treated 4x4 runners
Floor: Treated 2x4 joists 16" on center, covered with 5/8" plywood
Sidewalls: 2x4 studs 24" on center, covered with 7/16" Smart Panel (vinyl optional, see below)
Roof: 7/16" OSB sheathing, covered with 30 year fiberglass shingles
Standard Items: exterior paint, wood trim, black keyed latch, aluminum corner trim, drip edge, double doors

VINYL BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS

Sub-Structure, Floor, & Roof: same as heavy-duty buildings
Sidewalls: ½" OSB, covered with Dutchlap double 4" vinyl - MAINTENANCE FREE
Standard Items: metal doors, black hinges and black keyed latch, shutters on windows
