Floor: treated 2x4 joists 16" on center, covered with 5/8" plywood
Sidewalls: 2x4 studs 24" on center, covered with 7/16" Smart Panel (vinyl optional, see below)
Roof: 7/16" OSB sheathing, covered with 30-year fiberglass shingles
Standard Items: exterior paint, wood trim, black keyed latch, aluminum corner trim, drip edge, double doors
